Molecular diagnostics
Fast, accurate molecular diagnostics for tissue and liquid biopsy. Our ISO 15189-accredited laboratory offers comprehensive genomic and biomarker testing using NGS, IHC, FISH, RT-PCR and nCounter to support diagnosis, treatment decisions and clinical trial eligibility.
DX platforms Validation
Reference laboratory services for analytical and clinical validation of molecular diagnostic assays. We support companion diagnostic development with standardized workflows, regulatory-grade quality and proven experience in diagnostic kit validation.
Pre-clinical services:
PANGAEA LAB combines advanced molecular diagnostics with preclinical cancer research to generate clinically relevant insights. Our capabilities include biomarker discovery, in vitro testing, patient-derived primary cultures, drug-resistance models and organoid-based approaches for translational oncology projects.
CLINICAL TRIAL LAB SERVICES
Central lab services for global and multicenter trials, with real-time molecular screening, patient stratification and biomarker analysis. PANGAEA has served as central laboratory in more than 15 liquid biopsy clinical trials.
